Chardaè is a writer, published author, and community engagement consultant who brings together storytelling, technical expertise, and civic leadership to help organizations strengthen operations and deepen community connections. A native of Braddock, Pennsylvania, she is a 2021 Pittsburgh Magazine 40 Under 40 awardee with a proven track record across publishing, healthcare IT, and public service.


She holds a BA in Professional Writing and Communications from Carlow University and has authored and published more than 15 books for herself and others. With nine years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, she specializes in process improvement, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. She has also served as an elected official since 2019, including as the former Mayor of Braddock, and currently serves as Secretary of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats and Community Liaison for Barrel & Flow Fest. Known as a connector and problem-solver, Chardaè helps organizations tell their stories, streamline systems, and engage communities with intention and impact.
