Bid Bridge is an online platform designed to connect organizations posting Requests for Proposals (RFPs), projects, or contract opportunities with consultants, firms, and service providers offering relevant expertise.

We provide a space for posting, browsing, and submitting proposals — but Bid Bridge is not a party to any contract or agreement made between users. All engagements, negotiations, and outcomes are the sole responsibility of the involved parties.

2. Eligibility

To use Bid Bridge, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Users (both organizations and consultants) may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• All activities that occur under your account.

• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

 

Bid Bridge is not responsible for any losses due to unauthorized use of your account.

 

4. Subscription and Fees

Some Bid Bridge features may require a subscription or service fee.

• Fees and payment terms will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

• All payments are processed through secure third-party systems.

• If you are part of the Beta Group, subscription fees may be waived for the first three (3) months.

Bid Bridge reserves the right to modify fees or subscription tiers at any time, with notice provided to users.

5. Posting and Submitting Content

Users may post RFPs, projects, proposals, profiles, or related content (“User Content”). By posting or submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to share the information.

• The content is accurate and not misleading.

• The content does not infringe upon intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of others.

 

By submitting content, you grant Bid Bridge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute your content as part of providing our Services.

Bid Bridge reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Bid Bridge to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or unlawful activity.

• Collect personal information from other users without consent.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.

• Use automated systems to scrape or overload our servers.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Independent Relationships

Bid Bridge facilitates connections but does not guarantee that any RFP, project, or proposal will result in a contract.

All negotiations, agreements, and outcomes are solely between the involved parties.

Bid Bridge is not responsible for the performance, payment, or outcome of any project or contract established through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Bid Bridge website and platform — including logos, graphics, text, design elements, and software — are owned or licensed by Bid Bridge and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of Bid Bridge is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bid Bridge and its affiliates are not liable for:

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform will not exceed the total amount paid (if any) for your subscription during the 12 months preceding the claim.

We make no warranties or representations about:

• The accuracy or reliability of content posted by users.

• The availability, timeliness, or uninterrupted operation of the platform.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable law.

• You misuse the platform or interfere with its functionality.

• Required payments are not made when due.

Upon termination, your access to all or part of the Services may be restricted immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
