Award Fees

To align incentives and revenue with outcomes:
  • 10% fee on awarded contract value
  • Minimum fee of $250 per award (whichever is greater)
 
Award fees are to be built into the contract terms.

  • Contract Review: 1.5% of project budget, per engagement
  • Training & Webinars: $75–$150 per attendee​
