About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Planning Consultant to facilitate the development of a comprehensive 3-Year Strategic Plan that will guide our organization’s growth, sustainability, and impact. The consultant will lead an inclusive planning process that engages key stakeholders, assesses internal and external factors, and delivers a clear, actionable roadmap for the future.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities
The consultant will:
Conduct an organizational assessment, including SWOT analysis, stakeholder interviews, and environmental scans.
Facilitate strategic planning sessions with leadership, board members, and key staff.
Help define or refine the mission, vision, and core values to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Identify strategic priorities, goals, and measurable objectives for the next three years.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience (5+ years) in strategic planning, organizational development, or management consulting.
Demonstrated success in facilitating planning processes for nonprofits, foundations, or mission-driven organizations (preferred).
Strong skills in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic facilitation.
